Breakfast at The Gastonian

The Staff at The Gastonian has created a blend of comfort and sophistication at the inn's  breakfast table. Here, classic Southern flavors take on a modern twist with delicate sauces and fresh herbs. Homemade scones and muffins and fresh tea or coffee accompany all breakfast requests.

Breakfast is included with your reservation at The Gastonian and is served from 8 to 10 every morning. Tray service is offered from 8:30 to 10:30 every morning.

Southern Charm
One poached egg served atop a grilled tomato and creamed spinach on toast with green onion crème sauce, apple smoked bacon or country sausage and cheese grits.

Morning Glory
Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with apple smoked bacon or country sausage and maple syrup.

The Garden of Eden
Fresh seasonal fruit salad with your choice of cereal. Omelet Served with apple-smoked bacon or country sausage and cheese grits. (Your choice of omelet ingredients: Goat Cheese, Onion, Cheddar, Diced Ham, Creamed Spinach, Tomato, Mushrooms, Olives, Fresh Herbs). Double Egg Delight Two eggs, any style,   served with apple-smoked bacon or country sausage and cheese grits.
