For any type of function, we do require a two-night full house booking.
The rate includes accommodation for up to 34 guests, a full Southern gourmet breakfast each morning and a selection of afternoon wine, coffee and hors d'oeuvres from 4:30-6 pm as well as homemade sweets, coffee and cordials from 8-10 pm.
We do require a one night deposit in order to guarantee the reservation and have a 120 day cancellation policy. Cancellation within 120 days of the day of arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
The Gastonian has limited dining space, but can accommodate up to 22 guests for a formal sit-down dinner. For a more casual cocktail reception with heavy hors d'oeuvres, we can accommodate up to 35-50 people.
