What is the minimum age requirement? 21
What do you charge for WiFi? It's included in the amenity fee.
Do guests have private bathrooms? Yes! All rooms have private baths, as well as in-room controlled air conditioning and heat.
Is smoking allowed? The hotel and grounds (including the courtyard) are non-smoking.
Are pets allowed? Only service animals as specified by the ADA are allowed. Our sister property East Bay Inn accepts pets.
Are children allowed? No, but we’re happy to host you at East Bay Inn if you’re traveling with children.
What if we rent the entire house? Yes, children are welcome if you rent the entire house for an event.

Where do we park, and how much is it? The Gastonian has two parking areas with spaces reserved for guests: One is located directly on the property, and the other is one block away. Parking directly on property is on a first-come, first-served basis, but rest assured that the second lot is very close to the property. There is also street parking nearby.
Do you offer a shuttle service from the airport? We do not offer a shuttle service. The airport is 15.4 miles from downtown Savannah.
What are your cross streets? Gaston Street between Abercorn and Lincoln streets.

Breakfast? A chef-prepared breakfast is served from 7:30 – 10 a.m. Enjoy your meal in the dining room at a private table, on a veranda, or under the pergola.
Evening reception? Hors d'oeuvres and wine are served in the parlor from 5 – 6:30 p.m.
Coffee and desserts? Desserts and coffee are served in the parlor from 8 – 10 pm.

I booked on a website other than the hotel's website. How do I cancel or change my reservation? You must contact the website you used to make your reservation.
What is the cancellation policy? Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance.
What is the Savannah hotel/motel tax? 15%
How many people can stay in a guest room? Rates are based on single or double occupancy.
Is there an amenity fee? Yes. The Gastonian charges a $45+tax amenity fee. Included in the fee are two breakfasts ($20 each for non-guests); wine and hors d'oeuvres reception nightly, professional concierge services, enhanced WiFi throughout the hotel, and more.
Are there other fees? Yes, in addition to the $45+tax per night amenity fee, the State of Georgia requires a $5 per room, per night fee.
What are the Special Conditions for St. Patrick's Day stays? Cancellations must be received by February 1 for the St. Patrick's Day Celebration. A one-night deposit is taken at the time of booking with the remainder due on February 2.
I'm a travel agent. Can I get a commission on a discounted rate? Discounted rates, such as our Advanced Purchase Rates (pre-payment required) and seasonal discounts are not eligible for travel agent commission. These rates are reserved for individual guests who book directly on our website.
